[MAC] Setting up Pocketgnome by MacGuy

i recently installed wow to my mac also.
eu download link for wow client
World of Warcraft Europe -> Game Client Download
download and decide which versions you would like to install.
It will then download the game and install.
(takes a long time)
then it will download all the patches.
(which also takes a while)

Thanks, I've been putting off getting WoW installed...But now I have OS X the way I like it and am finally going to get WoW in, and become a botter.
They have changed their patch process..My first one is a 2.5GB patch, which is from 1.x.x.x to 3.0.1. Only god knows how big the next ones are.

Maybe I have done something wrong, but after I set everything up, mind you I am using someone elses behavior which I modified to work with my spell set, and someone elses route, the problem is I run around the route and once I attack something it does not do anything I wanted it to do in the behavior? Anyone know what's wrong?

yes i think its your hotkeys
okay go to the main bot section of pocketgnome
and set your main hotkey as shift T
then go to you key bindings in wow.and enable your bottom left action bar
and bind shift t to the 1ST slot on bottom left action bar

pocketgnome can now run in background mode if you have the new mac update
running it now while typing this

Would be even better if this Bot -Could- be used on Windows im ssooooo JELOUS of all you Mac Users Lucky. Ive been looking for a bot like this in ages but no one seems to be creating them or they have been shutdown or crashed on me Any chance you could see if this bot can be made for Windows users aswell? i would sign up to ask but its a pain in the neck espically if they so NO. Would be really apprecited

Whenever i go to add a new rule.. i click it i click fireball and i click add condition think blah blah.. and i click save rule and then nothing shows in the combat tab

you can compile it yourself or someone compiled it and uploaded.

okay lets run through it.
you have typed the name into the create behaviour box and hit enter?
then add rule.
then add condition
then the spell
then the name of the spell into the box
and then save rule?

ok somehow it now works, but it wont regen, like it will just stand there.. can it not find it?

hmmm okay
your hotkeys mite be messed up
go to wow and activated your bottom left actionbar
and bind the first slot to shift t
then on pocketgnome bind the primary hotkey to it.
should work now
