there isn't something like warden for mac, but that doesn't mean the bot can't be detected. check out Pocket Gnome Forums • View forum - Pocket Gnome Forums
for further information.
the development of the bot is currently more or less stopped, because the author "gnome overlord" has not enough time for now.
it works well for wotlk right now, but the project is far away from beeing finished

I am wondering if the program itself can be detected by Warden on the mac.. (Since I know nothing about warden on macs)

I know that all bots are "detectable" if someone is watching you, but I am just talking about the program itself.
