I made about 70 or so waypoints for Kalimdor.
Took me some hours, see the waypoints here

Go to your WoWPorty folder and open the portydata folder, then open up "teleports.txt" in notepad and just copy + paste my text in there to get my waypoints.

I think i added most of the main cities \ places and instances.

Worked. You should be in the continent you are teleporting to. IE, do not try to go to GM Island if you are not on Kalimdor.
