I extract it to the folder I want (like my other one) and I try to open it, and I get the "Generating random process" and that's it.. It won't open up.

Read all the pages before this.. It's safe.. depending on where you use it. They track instances, and if you use it a lot in front of people they might report you to Blizz as you can walk through walls and they can't.
