Baron's mount is still there and will be there for a long time. Its a feat of strength and they upped the drop rate for people to get it.

Blizzard does check this site, but they have a very very small carebox. To fill it, you need to have a hack/tool/exploit that can have severe effects on the gameplay. Like Kynox's LUA-protection remover.
