I hope MDY wins too, but for an uninformed guy like me, it seems that it's more likely that blizzard is going to win.

People who don't play the game, like judges and lawyers, will see Glider exclusively as a cheat that earns money to its creators using blizzard's game.
It's like me going to a restaurant and asking people if they want me to get their food faster for a small fee. The restaurant is still making money, but i'm earning money too because of them without giving anything in return.

Anyway, i'm a glider elite customer and i'm happy with it, still hoping this bot doesn't die anytime soon.

Ugh, I wish people would stop spreading that BS about AH manipulation bans.

YOU CANNOT GET BANNED FOR MANIPULATING/INFLATING/ABUSING AH ECONOMICS! THE AH IS A FREE MARKET!

Exploitation of the economy bans stem from gold buying, gold selling, power levelling, etc. Use of the AH for legitimate purposes (ie not to launder gold that you have bought or sold) will not result in a ban. There are forum posts clearing this up from memory, or even if there aren't just ask a GM. I have asked 3 GMs on 3 separate occasions and all have given the same answer, ie that the AH is a free market and you can't get banned for price gouging, market domination, or any other 'underhand' economic tricks.

Please do some research before posting.

Heh. Maybe by 'regular' standards, but by the standards of the legal system this case is about average. Everything in the legal world moves slowly .

even if MDY losses the no one has to worry about being banned from WoW because the chance that the court would make them give Blizzard all of their user's ip's is very unlikely

Also, based on your second comment whilst I understand what you're trying to say and Blizzard are undoubtedly the bigger player, I think you're underestimating the size of MDY.

MDY from everything I've ever heard consists of mercury and like 2 others who help him run it... again this is what Ive heard not anything official. it doesnt take a massive team to turn a good product. look what wowpanda is doing with zolofighter in his spare time
