They did from what I understand. Was top page of MMO Champion too.

The court ruled in favor of Blizzard that glider was breaking DMCA laws by manipulating blizzard's code in the game that they have rights to.

haha ty and to all the people saying its cheating... leveling to 80 is probably the most annoying thing. i want to be 80 and then do the pvp which is the funnest part amirite? ive just leveled a lot of characters and glider is very helpful ;D

If you realy think so you simply lack skill, the game is more balanced then it was ever before, nearly every class has one or two pvp trees that actually work in arena ofcourse you still need the right Partner but you can reach a high raiting with every Class if you've got some gear 'n skill.
If you're talking about bg pvp you fail even more, the mainpart of pvp nowdays is arena if you don't play it quit playing pvp at all and my personal Opinion about the new bgs is that they're actually pretty good, I like strand of the acients because it's very different from all those zerg bg's we already got.
And lake wintergrasp is the best open pvp ever, eventought there were some issues with it, it is the best battle ground that you can find in any mmorpg, if you don't think so and pvp is the only thing you're doing quit WoW...

Seriously, even S4 aka rogue/druid era was more balanced than this crap is atm.

Patch 3.0.9 predicitons:
- Arcane mages nerfed into the ground, unviable - mass moving to frost for arena.
- 30% off rogue's main damaging ability, vile poison nerf disables any form of other spec but mutilate. Reasoning for this is that rogue burst was too high, while feral burst is substantionally higher than even T7.5 geared rogues. Feral druid, surv hunter and retribution paladin damage remains untouched.

Couple these and we'll see rogues swapping places with the bottom feeders.

This is my view on the subject, in particular on mages, rogues and hunters as these are the classes I play in arena.

Just an update, Merc from MDY has said he will be appealing it in the 9th Circuit of the Supreme Court. Sales will continue through appeal. This was taken from the official glider site that I have been a member of for a while.

The issue with this case is if Blizzard wins, it could substantially change all 3rd party software in the future.
