I would say it's worth mentioning the frozen lake at the end of Bor's Breath next to Valkyrion as a camping place. It's also an intersection of paths AND a spawnpoint. With the fact that a lot more people is looking for this one then when blowingCrush probably got it I would suggest the frozen lake as a more solid camppoint. Can't say it is for sure, but from what I've read its pretty good.

This is for if you want to afk without getting ganked. I've noticed that sometimes for some reason you just get unstealthed sometimes, and if you want to camp by the blue dragons or some place else where you could get aggro use the vanish line. This is also a way to reduce your chances of getting reported since people won't simply see you. I guess it'll work for druids too and other nelfs if u just change it a little bit.
