Props for this man, tested it out a bit on a trial account before I give it a go with my main.

Was wondering how hard it would be to make it help you find a single mob like the
    Time-Lost Proto-Drake

I know that with Autokey I can target it and then this radar would show it on screen,
but was wondering if there was a way without autokey.

Anyways, keep up the great work my friend.

Edit- Was wondering if you were thinking about adding the ability to turn certain tracking on and off,
say I don't want herbs on the screen cause I'm a miner, or being able to not track critter.
Still playing around with it, but love it so far.

thanks for the nice feedback sensisativa

Was wondering how hard it would be to make it help you find a single mob like the
    Time-Lost Proto-Drake
Something similar is planned. I was thinking of making a list with names of raremobs for each zone. For example if the player is in azshara YAWR! will loop throu a list of names of raremobs that can spawn in azshara. But the problem is:
-it depents on the language (english: "Time-Lost Proto-Drake" != german: "Zeitverlorener Protodrache")
-it would eat up a little to much CPU-Power (comparing strings is always slow)
... so I'm looking for better way which is language-independent and faster. I'm sure there is another/better way to indentfy raremobs.

Was wondering if you were thinking about adding the ability to turn certain tracking on and off, say I don't want herbs on the screen cause I'm a miner, or being able to not track critter.
    I'm working on filters.

    Bugs so far:
I found one bug that causes a bufferoverflow and crash if you rezone many times from one textured zone to another textured zone. example: Alterac valley <-> Kalimdor, it will not crash if you rezone many times to an untextured zone, example Kalimdor <-> Ragefire Instance
Some other bug are related to drawing but they will not crash YAWR!.

I was playing alot battlegrounds yesterday and found out that one of the best things is: you can track players over a very huuuge distance. Its much better than tracking humaniods on the minimap (yes I play a lvl 70 huntard) ... the range of the minimap is to small. Its funny to see rogues coming towards me and mark them with huntersmark before stealthing - they just turn around pissed off :nyahnyah:

However I'll try to fix all bugs today and than I'll work on fonts, security, optimizing speed, minimap textures for all Battleground. New features can wait.

btw. sry for my english, hope its not total crap

Thats very strange. But I'll not remove the versioncheck.

Did you try to run it as administrator?
Did you use a modeledit-fix or something else that may modify the gamememory?
Are there any security tools installed? Maybe something blocks YAWR! from reading the gamememory?
Are you sure your executable is not corrupted?
    compare your MD5-checksum with ...

    Virustotal. MD5: ff932a383c725805445b889b17d8164b
My "Wow.exe" is exactly 12.676.752 bytes.

Thx for the reply Run. Can't wait to see what you got for us coming.

And rep for your response to my questions.

edit - I had the wrong version of wow error too, all I did was delete the folder and unzip again, and it worked.

Odd, but it fixed the problem.

My "Wow.exe" is exactly 12.676.752 bytes.
    Running as vista, as administrator
    No model edit programs
There are security programs but nothing that directly affects wow (like avg and such)
The wow executable is 12,380kb, and from what I know isn't corrupted or anything.
enGB version and the correct details for the version are visible when wow is loaded.

I get the error saying wrong wow version followed by; !UnregisterClass(classname, hinstance)

Also I get these messages if WoW is closed or open.
    Hope this helps

I have to admit, this radar has much promise, when you add in filters and specific mob tracking ( even at the cost of high CPU usage ) +Repx3

To be fair, this is an english forum ( even if we do have nonenglish members )

Maybe it's a way just make a simpel txtfile, containig the names of the raremobs or something else to track. Everyone can put the names in the list to track (english, spanish, german or what language else)
Now each user can make his own list .

==> lower cpu usage i think. and you can just turn it off ( list clear :-D )
