Can someone please help me with mr. fishit?

I have been experiencing some crashes with it.

I have the Debug information, and as I go through it I see that on the line it failed, it says nothing about 0xBEEF. and goes straight to Casting:0. I am running XP 32-bit, and this is the sixth time it has crashed on me since i have been using it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PS: I have the most recent version of net framework. Am running it elevated as said in the setup guide, and still no luck. Any ideas?

Hey there,

I recently starterd fishing and i got to 275 manually. But knowing that i have to get to 450 takes all the motivation away.
Then i started looking for a fishbot and i found this one. It looks great but im having troubled setting it up right.

This is what i want: -Auto casting and looting it.
-I dont want to use a lure.

I run WoW in windowed mode. (else it crashes somehow)

My problem is i dont really know how to fill in the options.
I filled in at casting: 2200-2800 ms
I filled in at luring: 0-0 ms (dont want to use a lure but i had to
fill something in)
I placed my fishing pole ingame at hotkey 1.
I filled in at Pole: 1.

When i run the bot this is what happens:
Casting fishing pole.
Casting fishing pole.
Casting fishing pole.
Casting fishing pole.
etc.

When i manually click casting ingame, the bot does automaticly loot it but then keeps on spamming Casting fishing pole. (It doesnt really cast ingame but the bot says it does).

I hope you can help me out setting up the options right. If i get it to work its +Rep for you ^^

But when I start it, it stops and says "Not all privileges or groups referenced are assigned to the caller"

Then it freezes, and closes.

You said you put your pole in postion 1 on your tool bar, you didn't say anything about the skill. I do it like this:

Pole 1
Skill 2
Lure 3

Then on bar 3 I have the pole, skill and lure in the appropriate slots, the pole and skill are required. If I'm in an area that requires a lure I just have to check "use lure". Before starting Mr. Fishit I press shift - 3 to switch to the correct bar.

My looting and lure are set to 250 - 500(1/4 - 1/2 a second).

It just casts, catches and loots...with one exception (sort of). BOP items only loot w/ the injectors or there are several add-ons that will auto accept BOP. But, there is only a handful of fishing BOP rewards.

The only other option is to logout after X minutes.

I personally never... rarely ...only in safe places do I AFK fish. I do get a lot of junk w/ the good.

im not sure wether it crashed at the fountain or in the sewers and im not sure wether it is related to the area im fishing in, but ihad a few crashes in dalaran. (#132 anyone else? )
and often the injection fails for an unknown reason. but it still works great to save time

You have to run the bot as administrator or it will throw that exception when it tries to enter debugmode.
I wont update this until 3.1.0 is out so i guess maybe next week or just so you know

Been running this program for a couple months now with the only major troubles being a couple incidents of players finding my fishing spots. 1 minor issue I'm getting is when I hide my window and Mr Fishit crashes for whatever reason, I still have the hidden process running. I have fished with 2 WoWs going at the same time with no problems, but when it gets to 3-4 windows(DCed open wows), game play fps becomes an issue. It doesn't let you reopen hidden WoWs in a new Mr Fishit. I'm not too great with computers, wondering if there was a way to exit those hidden wows in some way besides having to restart my computer? thanks.

So using a couple addons to keep track of all the fish I catch, how many I've sold on the AH, and how much I've accumulated from selling all the fish I have so far made a little over 15k gold.
