I got Max fishing skills, Got the weather beaten fishing hat, Set's graphite fishing pole and am using a +100 lure.

With these settings for timing I'm not missing any fish whilst fishing and am catching everything there is to catch.

Timing:

After looting: 2200 - 3000 ms
Prior Lure: 2000 - 3000 ms

I'm running Vista and use Injection without any problems (just the occasional crash). I'm running Mr. Fish in Admin Mode as well as WoW itself.

Thanks for a great bot. Since Glider I had to fish myself, and I tend to fall asleep everytime I'm fishing

If you cannot or don't wan to use injection for whatever reason, put the fishing pole, the casting skill and the lure into slots on your first actionbar (standard wow UI). Those have numbers or signs assigned as hotkey. Fill out the appropriate signs or numbers into the Mr Fish It options window and save the settings, and have a go. So if your lure is on actionbar 1, slot 2 fill out 2 behind lure in the options window etc.

i see there are different kind of lures in the list.
I have gotten the Fishing head (weather-beaten fishing hat) that has a lure when used. Mr fish it 3.1.4 doesn't have this "hat" it it's lure's list and it doesn't use it if i don't have lures with me.

I got it assigned on a key in my actionbar and i assigned that keybinding to the "Lure" space @ the general options.

Any help?

Well, I would like start with...great bot its the best ive ever seen

I have been, however experiencing some crashes with it.

I have the Debug information, and as I go through it I see that on the line it failed, it says nothing about 0xBEEF. I am running XP 32-bit, and this is the third time it has crashed on me since i have been using it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PS: I have the most recent version of net framework. Any ideas?

I believe that the fishing hat is gonna be implemented in the next version of Mr Fish-It. The weather beaten fishing hat is a use item, a lure is a use on item, and that's where the problem lies atm. So for now just get the fishing lures (+75 or a friendly engineer for +100) and fish away.

Just make a macro like

/use "yourfishinghatnamehere"
/use "yourpolenamehere"
/cast fishing

Put this macro on your "skill" button and enjoy/

I use the fishing hat as my lure and it works perfectly. No clue why it is not working for you. Make sure you are not using injection.

I have it set to
Pole: 1
Skill: 2
Lure(Hat): 3
on my hotkeys and it works perfectly.

One of two requests or ideas. I use Mr.FishIt with my DK and run from pool to pool. It would be nice, if it would stop trying to cast while running. Also a timer that would (like the lure) click "path of frost" or even better maybe a configurable timer.
