Wesjuh^ I reccomend if your horde your go to the "Glider Profiles" section of the Bots and Programs sub-forum and look at Kurios's Diary of a Glider. It has some gliding paths, and the whole section it's self is loaded with profiles.

Hi sow i am using glider for like 2 days now with my lvl 22 hunter .. But i think i might be doing something wrong ( all the ghostway points of stone alone mountains lvl 21-23 are bad ? the way point doesnt match , Same as the sorrow hill i tried it out with my lvl 50 rogue ! ) The rest works just fine btw.. i had bad luck these 2 days because first time gliding world server went down and second my viruscan popped up :P got that probs gone now .. ) sow somebody got some good ( grinding maps lvl 22 / 50 with good ghost waypoints ? )

When it comes to glider profiles , the best thing you can do is create your own profiles . I cant realy point you in the direction of any good public profiles since i havent tried any of them myself and i wouldnt want to be the cause of a ban because of bad advice , but KuRIoS made some pretty good profiles and made them public so you can trust hes profiles to be good but like any public profiles , they are more open to detection . If you want to make your own profiles , there is a tool which you could use that helps a lot when it comes to reading/editing/fixing your profiles , you can get it here : http://www.mmowned.com/forums/bots-p...o-trouble.html , but i advise that you take a few tries at making your first profiles with glider first and then maybe edit them using EditGliderPathV1 . Making your own profiles with glider is easy since glider is very user friendly and well documented . Also i think you should know that about 5 months ago , gliders profile making feature got an update and it allows glider to follow normal waypoints (not ghost waypoints) as a ghost , so all you have to do is link your ghost waypoints to your normal waypoints by running to somewhere near the normal waypoints and glider takes are of the rest , this allows you to not have to try and run over your exact same path as the normal path to setup ghost waypoints .

Oke i tried it out.. and it looks that the ghostwaypoint must be good.. i changed the glide waypoint can somebody take a look and tell me what you think of it?

Nothing against glider users. But isn't this pretty detectable? I was in shimmering flats the other day and there were 5 hunters using glider and it was completely obvious. They all healed pet even in PvP at 20% hp. The never attacked in coming hunters, they fought the pets. If glider even has the ability to stop when players come near, what about rogues? Or druids, any stealthed figures that are just watching.

Woulden't it be awkward to never see a player reply to a tell? To never see that player interact with group invites? To stay in that same area and keep on looking in circles, running straight, doing the wierd turn again. Then they do that thing where they repeatedly back up in small intervals really fast when a mob is in an invalid position? I have never even seen a "Safe" Grinding spot from players to begin with, get killed and kill stolen everywhere on my server and it is medium population.

Now if a player gets caught like any of this then woulden't a GM be able to end up updating Warden to the player's key patterns or can't they put special detecters in the grinding spot gliders always go to?

I'm not flaming glider users because I think it would be great to not have to go through hours of grinding pain, the post is great too because it puts glider a step in front of GMs. But I do not think that there is a way to make glider un-detectable by the true warden. It just takes 1 player to get reported and banned. And when I see players with glider, they normally go through difficulty finding a stationary enemy to kill, I don't think a player would be any easier to find for the program.

Anyways, besides my little monolog there +rep and great work.

But if you dont mind there are a few point which i would like to correct : )

1) shimmering flats = anyone who uses glider in that area does not know how to use glider propely , there are about 100+ public profiles out on the net for that area and GMs know that very well , most of the people who use glider there eventualy get banned .

2) The hunters you saw not defending themselves only do that because the owners of these characters didnt setup glider propely (there are many ways to avoid pvp confrontation with glider) .

3) The players who didnt answer back to whispers , again do not know how to use glider , there are at least 3 ways which i can think of right now to answer back to human players whith glider (using addons or 3rd party programs) .

4) Those gliders you saw who just ran in a circle (rofl) , they are obviously the victims of extremly poor imagination when it comes to creating their profiles (waypoints) . Glider can run on unlimited distances and it doesnt have to run in a straight line or a circle , i know a public profile that runs through the whole of the ellwyn forest (to give you an idea) .

5) Those gliders you saw backtracking in front of mobs again are victims of bad glider initial setup and need to learn more about the glider fonctions .

Now for the parts where i think you are 100% right : )

You made your point even clearer. I have never really botted too long or am really good with scripts, so I would be one of those people in shimmering flats .

One more point I would like to make tho, is back in the days when WoW glider came out, it was completely invisible, and un-detectable. As time progressed the players who were being rather sneaky. Were posted on the front page of World of Warcraft as the 60,000 accounts closed due to using such third party programs. Blizzard took the accounts and even afterwords retrieved every piece of their gold.

GMs decided that this problem had to be stopped, and they also decided people would be getting more stealthy. They would be getting much more intellegent with all all of these programs and i'm pretty sure Blizzard is analyzing all of this. There was a "Newer and safer WoW glider" That was released and it was going great for a while, but then that got leaked into blizzard yet again and everyone using it was banned, estimated 30,000 more accounts.

More hacks keep on coming out and blizzard is getting the information for ALL of them, then shutting the players using them and everyone else who uses them down. The following is ONLY a theory, do not take any of this as factual information, but as helpful input.

Now if a new hack came out, most people would use a trial account correct? Why: Because hacks are found then added to warden for deletion. Hacks created by MMOwned, posted by MMOwned, designed for MMOwned are downloaded at MMOwned. Yet they still are getting detected by warden eventually? This can be for 1 of 2 or even both reasons. A. Because players here are leaking this information to players, to other players, to others and then this goes all around the internet. *NOTHING* is completely secure on this website, despite the copyright notice. The second alternative we can state as B. Is there is 1 single or more GMs on this website and just going around eventually adding such things for either being fixed, or going into warden. (No I am not a GM )

Now back to using trial accounts. Again as was said before, most people use trial accounts for hacking. What do we use with glider? Real, live, up to date information accounts, with our real characters that we are leveling. If 2,000 people read this post and maybe just 10 or 20 start passing the information around, the "pattern" will continue.

An 80% chance to become un-detected by warden may reduce every day - or every so hours. Simply because the reason is: GMs are always on the lookout for new hacks and new programs. New ways to find things and they keep getting smarter with it is the sad part. Who knows? Glider may eventually just end up like PMG fusion.

The glider is probably perfectly safe now, the point you made was clear. I probably have never even known that some players were using glider now that I think about it . Anyone reading this post can probably use glider now and be fine with it, Piggy is a genious with all exploits and cheating and I know that he completely knows what he is talking about when he says this is safe, and I believe him. Just try not to use it to long, because you never know

Xestrikers , what you said makes perfect sence to me . And although we dont have any real proof that Blizzard is searching MMowned , somehow we know that they do . MMowned is the perfect place for them to learn about the potential weaknesses of WoW , they probably surf arround this forum more than they do on their own forums : ) But knowing this is what keeps all the contributing members sharp and its partly why MMowned has become so big lately . Most of the new hacks and ideas which exploit WoW in some way or another seem to start from MMowned at the moment and it makes us proud to be part of this comunity .

I also agree that gliders days maybe numbered but at least we're all having fun while it lasts , and besides , after Glider i predict we will see a big upgrade that targets WoW comming from innerspace (ISX) . So the cycle goes on : )

Thank you im glad it helped , but just so you know , i changed the jump key to Undefined to disable Glider from jumping every 5min . (GMs and player alike know all to well that glider normaly jumps every 5min) .

It depends on the language layout of the keyboard (i had to install drivers because i got a french keyboard) , but if you have a US keyboard then you should be fine : )
