There's an addon that does this you don't need a program....
Also you don't need either really you just edit some config.wtf files.

you don't need this, there is a script command for it integrated into wow:
/script SetCVar("cameraDistanceMax",X)

You replace X with whatever number you want(higher=further obviously) you want. This "bot" is useless
