thanks for posting this!!! But for some reason, whenever i try to open the workflow thing u attached, automator opens, but nothing else happens. I am using Mac OS X.

Im confused.... what do u do after u download it?

open it up in automator and click run it the top right corner of automator at the approraite time

also if you left this on when your not there would i keep going fine?
