sorry im new at this i dont know where to save this under. all i know is a need this to be able to model edit and other stuff, can anyone explain or point me in the right direction?

EDIT: All i really know is that i put wowme in the wow folder and then open it with notepad and thats about it, im not trying to irritate anyone i just started getting into model edit stuff i have no idea how to even get wowme running. what do i do after i have it in notepad? thx

It sounds like you opened the RAR archive that you downloaded in Notepad, without extracting it. A RAR archive is similar to a ZIP file. You have to find a program that can extract WoWMe.exe from inside the archive.

Ok I think i know what ur saying. Im not too good with computers tbh all i really know how to download is stuff like addons or videos so i have that simple concept down. When i go to download it instead of just being able to open and extract the files into the correct destination my only options are look for program to run which doesn't really do anything and save so i try saving it to the wow folder and it doesn't do anything. Im kinda lost at what to do at this point, how would i go about extracting wowme.exe from the archive like u said? thx

Well you need to get a program to open RAR archives. 7zip is a good one to use.

I've done this before and it said wrong version.. but it let me log in today and when I tabbed out it was still running.
