They'll more than likely implement the new feature for Tabards/Quest Items/Epic Sets only to remove them at a later date because they deemed it useless.

Just like what they did with the Keyrings. I hate all the space my skeleton keys are taking up.

Until we get some real news of Blizzard it's all the Blue post say this and that but never deliver. Also where are the new player models?! That not was something on top of the list?!

And a other thing we know the bag codes is really deep in the source code that's why you still can't replace your starter backpack! So coding this will take a long long time!
