How to receive information about banned account?

Hello. I see you lat are a knowledgeable folks. So may be there is a chance you would know how to check the reason for a ban? I was never using swear words, i never told anyone to die of cancer, i never threatened with violence nor banged someones mom people who say things like that are still in game free of worries. So why was i banned? I recon for simply empty reports made by unstable people whom wanted to release their anger after bad match. The blizz support is managed by low ai bots and refuses to tell me the reason. Hurr durr, you broken the rules. What rules? hurr durr you broke the rules. But which rules? Hurr durr, you broke the rules.

Generally these days it's almost impossible to get a correct reason for a ban since all their support is automated and they just send copy/paste messages. I'd say just keep replying to the same ticket until you reach an actual human who will most likely escalate it to their security department. After that you should get the answers you need

You are correct on this one however i several times spoke to the human and his responses were the same copypaste without merit. Also they always close the ticket as resolved.
