Can someone tell me what happens ?
I can't go in game, because Blizzards servers couldn't download game data and I should try to check the internet connection.
It depends on who is working on it. Certainly Curse and ZAM are working on it, but they're not going to release anything except information. Ladik is the public hero when it comes to file formats, so he will probably be the first one to release something working. That said, it could be weeks. The format is ridiculously annoying. Things are hashed repeatedly (hashes are hashed) for no other reason than to be obscure.
Several people have made small tools that can extract files from the format, but they don't have file names, directory structure, or even archive structure (cannot reconstruct MPQs yet) and there is no indication of what any file is except by looking at it. When you're dealing with 37,000+ files, that's not a viable strategy, so we will have to wait.

I would suggest downloading from an alternate source. Use the agent.db/battle.net.config files provided to download straight from Blizzard FTP, or try one of the user links on the later pages here.
I think the first couple of uploaded installations were bad.
Alternatively, somebody suggested that it could be fixed by renaming StormSwitcher to HeroesoftheStorm. I have no idea why, but I've never experienced this error myself (I downloaded straight from Blizz).

In :
Play.exe
EDIT :
Ok, ingame : "unable to open map"

The string is irrelevant - I assure you the map does not exist in the other data files.
I just never thought to check inside Play.exe - if the executable itself has embedded StormMaps, then it might exist.
Edit: I don't see anything map-wise in Play.exe besides the name itself, so we're still limited to these 3 maps for now.
