I'm considering using pokesniper on my main account and some botted accounts, but I don't want to be banned.
I know, some of you will be like "ermagherd if u dnt wna be baned den dont hakc fakin hell",
TL;DR
but I'm just wondering if it is safe to use pokesniper, at all?

no lmao, used PokeSniper in one of my accounts that I have not touched in weeks (botted ofcourse), used PokeSniper. ACCOUNT GOT BANNED IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS.

ok there is something that must be clear,
it all depend on how you bot, on how you snipe.
no it is not safe, but depending on how you snipe or bot, ( the setting of cours) you might or not get banned.
i know people who been snipping from the very begining and nothing happen to them, because they know how to snipe.
the proxy is important if you use multiple-botting account on the same time.
that is be smart when you bot, try not do stupid error

Don't snipe on your main to be safe. Depending on where you live, you may have tons of rares that spawn every day. Yesterday, I caught something like 7 Snorlax and 7 Lapras as well as 1 primeape and 1 Rhydon. This was in the span of about 3 hours of playing on and off. So if you want rares in your city, just snipe them manually using a car. But honestly, you are better off just collecting Eevees and Jigglypuffs and evolving strong monsters on your main. Use Silph Road to find nests in your area and spend a day there. I caught like 35 Eevees in a nest in a few hours. Same with Magikarp (though you need to live near lake/ocean for this). Keep in mind that nests usually give very low IV monsters. For some reason Magikarp is strong in nests, but perhaps where I hunt them, it is not really a nest.

You can also try to catch a strong Pikachu or magikarp and set him as buddy. I got 34 candy from him already because he gives 1 per km. Magikarp does the same. Monsters like Vaporeon, Flareon, Raichu, Wigglytuff and Gyarados are very good! I can KO high CP Dragonites with a low CP Wigglytuff. Monsters like Lapras and Snorlax are hard to take down cause of the high HP, but it can happen. My #1 Gym fighter is a 1240CP Vaporeon. I don't care what the CP is of the defenders, Vaporeon is very fast so he lowers HP quickly. I haven't even used my higher CP monsters for Gym fighting. I actually usually stick to around 800CP - 1400CP and I personally prefer a fast attacker like Vaporeon over a slower ones. Also, use an app like GoRater so you have a pokedex on hand or memorize weaknesses of types of monsters. I've solo taken down level 7 gyms with 2200CP monsters with that CP range I mentioned earlier. Bad thing is that it takes a lot of potions and revives, so I don't battle gyms every day.

For your other accounts, bot and snipe all you want. They will eventually get banned, but it's ok cause they are more for fun
