Pokemon pokedex

Why can´t I see the pokedex in the botted accounts i have bought. When I log in to
the pokemon trainers Club (pc) all the accounts are level 1 ???

I don't think you can.. Pokemon Go can be played using the app only. When you login to PTC online you can play other pokemon games but not Pokemon Go.
Logging in to your PTC account on the website only lets you accept the terms when playing Pokemon Go, and it says you can change more settings by logging in to the game(app) itself.
That's as far as I know.
