Latitude and longitude is you geographical location. So as you move around your latitude and longitude changes. There's no fixed number. You can google latitude and longitude of your city but that will not be accurate to where you are right now.

If you are botting you can choose whereever you want to be , use : Latlong.com - for many of your geographic and graphic needs and type any place you like and it will show you the latitude and longitude ... preferred places like central park new york , disneyland , landon , tokyo parks...will be perfect for good experience because of much pokemons and pokestops around.
