I don't think there's a ban in the last 2 weeks. I'm botting like crazy with inhuman settings and sniping and none of my new accounts for the past 2 weeks has been banned.

Niantic seems to be just collecting information for now, or they're busy dealing with other stuffs and didn't activate their ban waves for the time being.

I got the dreaded E-mail last week, submitted 3 appeals yesterday and I'm hoping one gets through. I played on Nox, got to level 17 with a Flareon, Golduck and Jolteon. Is there any way to get a banned account back if appeals aren't working.....like a hack of some sort?

You actually submits appeals? LMAO!! Niantic isn't stupid. If you cheat, you are ban. It's plain and simple. When you started up Pokemon Go, you agreed to the Terms of Service which even implied again when they sent you the email. They may give you your account back if you make an excuse that your brother/friend cheated on your account without your knowledge, but then all you will get is a wiped out account. If you are caught cheating, there is no excuse. Everyone who said they got their account back due to making an appeal is a troll.

my main account is still here and survived the first ban wave, even after i used gps spoofing and an emulated android in "not so obvious ways".
still, i try to be more legit and hope that my account does not get banned in near future.

dont think there's a ban wave for the past 3 weeks. All my new botted accounts since 3 weeks ago are all alive.
