Using a bot and emulator

Hello, before I ask my question, I'd like to say hello and that I am new to this forum. I found this through google when I was looking up bots for the game. My question is would I be able to use a emulator and a bot at the same time? I am currently using pokebuddy as my bot. I am using bluestacks as my emulator. I use my personal account on bluestacks and I made a new account to test out the bot, so has anyone ever tried doing this? Is there a chance the IP might get banned from running both programs using the two different accounts?

if you run too many bot there's a chance to get ip ban but its not perma , just wait a couple of hours and will back to normal

The problem is how many actions you are requesting from Niantic servers. I'll re-frame from using the word API Requests because it has too many meanings around this forum lol...
No one for sure can say the threshold, but when you use two bots, you poll Niantics servers twice as much.

More than 3 accounts on the same IP = ip ban by Niantic.
That's written on the ToS.
