Has ANYONE gotten a refund from Niantic? at all?

20 bucks isn't that big a deal, but after all the b.s with this company I don't want em to have it. Has anyone at all gotten a refund from them? Google won't refund because it's more than 2 days since the transaction so I have no choice but to file a ticket with Niantic with the order #.

Of course considering this company's track record I assume no one reads those tickets. Has anyone at all here gotten a refund from Niantic? (so not google or itunes store, but niantic itself)

what do you want a refund from? and why? If its because you bought coins and hacked and got banned, tough luck..
If you buy a car, total it and get it towed back to the dealer 1 week later, do you think they will give you money back?

People can't get refunds from buying in-game valuta and definitely not when you cheat in the game and thereby block your access to the game.

You broke the terms of service. YOU did that, so they punished you for that, its your own fault. Obviously they wont refund anything, since they explained the rules to you and you broke them yourself.

I got my refund through apple back when there was the cry from tracking being removed.

Niantic TOS clearly states they are not obligated to give you refunds if you have been accused of using third party apps.

They won't give you a refund, not unless for a valid reason.

If you have made an in-app purchase using an iPhone and have an account registered in an EU country you can request a refund through the report a problem pages and receive it automatically as long as it is within 14 days of the purchase. Just login and select that you wish to cancel the purchase. Apple will not, at least according to developers posting about this on reddit, report any user data associated with the refund to Niantic. I doubt Niantic themselves will offer you a refund though, especially not if you have used the coins.

i did.. i contacted the apple store.. i had my main account stolen and password stolen.. i contacted niantic.. waited 3 weeks no response.. so i contacted apple. told them what happened and they refunded 130 bucks.. my account had 850 inventory 850 pokemon storage. and was lvl 26. they refunded it today.. it took about a week from start to finish.
