When is your date of last botted?

In my case, I botted 5 accounts.
4 of them was 37lv and stopped botting a day before Nientic changed API(It must be 8/3 or 4 because I started botting Diablo3 in new season)
I never logged in since that day.
One of them was 29 lv and botted this account untill last friday to test if it would be ban.
As a result, one of 37 lv account has message said, unable to receive data from the server, however 29lv account was fine.
I don't understand how Nientic give banhammer to cheaters. If there is something like an algorithsm, They must ban all of my 37 lv account since they botted at the same conditions. But why? Why only one of them was banned and the others are safe? And how long they save log history?

I am botting right now... 1-20 in 6 hrs using Pokefarmer.. no ban.. also no ban on my lvl 32 with pokefarmer and casual sniping
