Catch Flee Ban

Just few minutes ago, i may use snip too fast, so i got catch flee ban from niantic. May you guys guide me how to get over this ban? Or i just have to wait for the next 24 hours. My previous account has been perm banned coz using bot necro. But both of them now still ~ 20 lv, so i really dun wanna create new account

No, it's not a soft ban, the next level of soft ban, catch flee ban, we can't unban it, i cant catch pokemon or spin even i used unban soft but it's still not working for dat, and the next one is perm ban. I dun know how to fix this one

You just have to wait it out. I had the catchflee ban and didnt play till the next morning and it was lifted. Nobody knows the length of the softban
