Gragonite IV100 MAX CP?

I'm in level 40. Just powered on 3 Dragonite with IV100 but only max 3450CP.
My friend have the same but he got 3500CP.
Is it random cp?

If you are lvl 40 and your Dragonites are 100% IV, then their max CP is indeed 3500 CP.
If you cannot level them over 3450 CP, then either you are not lvl 40, or they are not 100% IV.

For example, my 100% IV dragonites on lvl 38 cap at 3450 CP, since I need two more levels to power them up to 3500 CP.

Sure that i'm lvl 40 and Dragons are 100IV. Max is 3450CP and power up button dissapear. My friend got same problem first but after that, power up button appear again and he got 3500cp

In that case maybe try restarting app, or simply wait. It's most likely a server issue, which should resolve itself given time.
