I've been having this error. "No usable Pokestops found in your area.Is your maximum distance too small?"

What does this mean? and What can i do to fix this?

Any help will be appreciated!

You are IP banned.

Either wait and hope it's short temporary ban, or use a VPN like explained here: http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/poke...ip-no-ban.html (Quick IP Unban / VPN IP No Ban)
