Higher level character

Is there much point in leveling over 30, like does it make much difference to what cp your pokemon and such? I stopped my last account at 30 and the pokemon i caught seemed to have quite high cp anyway. I suppose i could eventually level to 40 anyway so it makes no real difference, but i'd like to know anyway if im wasting my time.

If anybodys has any input in the difference, that'd be great.

Pokemon are stronger at level 40 than 30, probably 25% stronger as well.

Ah, well 25% so i guess i'll be leveling on then. Thanks for the info.

@ lvl 30 dragonite has a max cp of 3000 and @ lvl 40 dragonite caps at 3500. the difference is inconsequential and def not 25%
