I'm quite new here, which bot you recommend me that I cannot get banned and get quality CP Pokemons while leveling

There's always the possibility of getting banned. No matter what kind of tool you use.
Right now there's only softbans, and only reason for you to get softban by botting is cause you did something wrong in the settings.

There are a ton of installation guides, however, just wait till bots work again, as it's quite pointless to set up a none-working bot and than redo it once updates come out
