    How is everyone botting ?

    Hey there guys,

First of all, i apologise for my lack of knowledge on the arguement, i am, when it comes to " these " type of things, very ignorant.

I've seen a lot of bot versions, my question is, how exactly are people getting this to work ?

Let me rephrase this, how exactly does one bot pokemon go ? Is there any guide on here on ownedcore that i missed ?

If someone would be so kind to help me up, i'm willing to pay for a little bit of help setting up a small something for me to bot/be able to play from home.

    Kind Regards,

    - Nesyla

The bots connect to PokemonGOs servers, so you don't actually need the game on your computer.

Just download one of the bots available (NecroBot is the most popular at the moment), run the .exe file first then go to your Config folder, open up auth.json and add either your google or PTC account, and then just run the bot and your good to go. You can also go to your config.json to adjust various settings like what Pokemon to catch and all that other stuff.

Depends on what you're trying to achieve. To play on PC or bot.

Virtually all the bots do not have a graphical interface for which you can play. You edit and configure the settings and let it go automatically. The only visual you get are text lines telling you what was done. After you're done botting, you can then log in with your phone and go through all the pokemon it's found and items gained and marvel at the levels gained.

If you want to play on PC, Nox is the easiest to set up. There's a pretty good youtube video on it too.

Maclones spegelli is really easy to get going. All you do is unzip to a folder of your choosing. Inside, there is a file called user.xml that can be opened with notepad. Where it says login type, you can overwrite it with either Ptc or Google. A few lines below that, enter in your ptc or Google account info. Within the next line or so (forgot exactly) there's a line that allows you to enter in Google coordinates of where you want the bot to start. The rest of the settings are optional and prefilled with the most common settings.
