    BOT settings help

Hi all. I have a question to see if someone can help me out. I have used several bots and they are all super amazing I respect and admire you all. Sadly I must be doing the settings wrong so I am looking for help. I will explain what I want/need and if anyone can show me a config that does what I need I would appreciate it.

    I want the bot to:

Keep 2 of each Pokemon by IV % and if there is 2 of the same and the 3rd has a CP of 1500+ I want the bot to keep it. So I would have 3 or 4 or 10 of the same. 2 will be based on IV % and the other 8 would have CP of 1500+ As the bot kept them.

Is something like this possible? It probably is and I'm an idiot :/.

PS. Is the option "donottransfer" working? Cause no matter what bot I use always transfers everything.
