When to change spots. How much time has to pass by.

Hello guys, might sound like a dumb question but im really curious and really trying to avoid getting softbanned.
If I farm for example in a location in germany with the bot ofc. how much time has to pass by so i can change the location in US or something like that to not get soft banned? If anyone can help me please, id appreciate it. Mostly the guys that switch locations on bots very often to farm different nests. And if u can recomend me a better bot or easier one. Im using Pokebuddy atm. first time using it so ya.. Doesnt have enough tools to use but its good i guess. Thanks !

I waited half an hour atleast and I didn't get softbanned. Dunno what is the necessary time tho.
I moved 70km in distance.
