No offense, but that was completely wrong.
I was in a deserted area dude, random place in the middle of Germany. As you can see, it says: "43 pokestops nearby". That is not even close to much. The PokéStops are so far away from each other.

I only activated a Lucky Egg and evolved. That was it. No more, no less. Location did not have anything with the EXP/Hour to do. It was only the evolves.

That is it. It is not a riddle.


Edit: The area that I am in has not a single Lure Module. I have not even seen one around this area. I am only there to catch Mr. Mime. Again, it has nothing to do with where I was, it was the Lucky Egg + Evolve technique.
