Looking to manually snipe without using a bot.

I just rooted my phone and moved the program into my system/app so I can spoof without any problems. Its working fine without any rubber banding issues. So now I just want to know how to spoof without using a bot to get it done. I know its possible because plenty of Discord servers exist that list 100% IV location Pokemon so people are spoofing. Just don't know how to do it manually without getting them running away. The old method of jumping then jumping back after you engage in a battle no longer works. So what is the new method?

The only methods that I have not checked is to just snipe every 30 minutes to two hours to avoid the softban. I also heard you can throw away 40 pokeballs and on the 41st ball you can try to catch and not get a softban instead of waiting every 30 min to two hours. No idea if both of those methods work. Does anyone have a tutorial or a how to written up on a website to help me out?

Current Sniping Method.

With the latest changes by Niantic, sniping is now much harder.

- Start by being idle (no pokestops, gyms, or catching Pokémon) for 2 hours. This includes having the app open or closed.
- Assume you are at location A and there is a Pokémon spawning at location B (which is more than 1000 km away).
- You can now teleport to B, encounter that Pokemon and capture it at B. Since Niantic records your encounter location now, your latest location is at B and not A anymore.
- Then, you can spin Pokestops at B without being soft banned. You may return to A or snipe at another distant location C after another 2 hours of idling.
