I also got that warning without using any BOT or IV checking software. It is warned any time when I logins to Pokemon Go and it was happened since today morning.
Currently, I am using android 6.0.1 with fake GPS (mock location set).

Since 14 day's got red lvl 29 and blue lvl 22 shadowbaned.

So today with my red account i allways go the warning, but i can see "eeve" "pidgeotto" it's rare pokemon?

Blue account, warning left but can see rare pokemon, but not all.

How can I see the shadowban?
