Yes, and no.
There some free, but still on api 0.45 as Gomanager.
Gomanager, you can bot 2 accounts for free, with api 0.45 or can buy slots and pay hashing to play with new api.

In fact most bots are free, but have pro features that require you to pay or donate. Paying money for the bot is optional.

The thing not really beeing optinal right now is the API hash. The only one that has actually cracked the latest API is bossland and you have to buy a key from them in order to use any bot.

You have two possibilities:

1. Use the old API with throwaway accounts (for lures and maybe trolling, probably 100% chance of ban)
2. Buy an API key for a month and use real bots to get accounts you can actually use, but be aware that certain features like gym battling are very likely to flag your account and get you banned anyway since they are rather experimental in most bots (low chance of ban if you do it right)
