How Common Are Perm Bans These Days? How to avoid them if possible?

Given the number of bots and botters/spoofers has diminished I am curious if anyone has a GOOD IDEA based on significant DATA on what gets you banned these days.
Banwaves these days are likely still based on using an API that has been deprecated, or the old method with bad Hash Signature, that is the easiest way to ban bots I am sure still in use by Niantic.

But I am curious if you think that Niantic is watching the major bots like Pokerfarmer or the hashing services and has a way of detecting the use of those particular hashes.

Any thoughts on this from someone WITH A CLUE?

(Hint: If you will start talking retarded like you get banned for walking too fast, sniping too perfect coordinates, throwing too perfect you are a maroon and please stay out of my thread you don't know what you are talking about NONE of those things are detectable nor get you banned).

I am currently not botting due to the expenses (Bot Subscription, Captcha Subscription and Hash Service Subscription) and also due to fear of losing my mains which I have had since August but I would like to know what others who are doing it have to say on the topic.

I think I have survived because I luckily dodged a fake hash perm ban by Niantic on most of my accounts back several months ago and then stopped botting and I am pretty sure Niantic is only going after current or current - 1 API gen fake hashes for Perm Ban but I'd like to hear what other INFORMED users have to say on this topic.

Just out of curiosity, because I am new to botting, how do you know those things mentioned above don't get you banned? I'm curious because it seems very likely walking too fast is detectable and would get you banned. That to me, is one that I would expect Niantic to monitor consistently.

I also believe anything out of ordinary such as catching too many pokemon in a day, too many pokestops in a day, or exp in a day will also get you banned.

    Any thoughts are appreciated.

    Thanks

Niantic cannot cost effectively go through million of accounts and develop deep logic for looking at movement patterns that is way too complicated and expensive for any game provider. In addition the chance of a false positive is way too high.

There is a limit on number of pokestops per day 2000 and pokemon caught 1000 per day after that you get soft banned until you are under those numbers within a 24 hour period.

I am really not interested in uninformed theories, if you have been reading through here for a few months you would know those things have not come to be relevant despite unscrupulous bot sellers claiming their bot is "safe" because they addressed trying to make the bot look "human". Theories like this just show a lack of understanding of managing enormous databases of data and what is realistic for them to store and what is not.

As of a couple of months ago it was clear the incorrect hash signature on UK26 allowed Niantic to flag ALL accounts that were using third part access to their API. We know this because a popup for all flagged accounts was seen when you logged into the actual game client. For whatever reason Niantic did not ban everyone flagged and left a message as a warning to stop using these third party tools.

I don't read reddit and here often anymore but I have been working on the assumption that Niantic is only going after newer fake hash signatures as all my older botted accounts have survived despite persistent spoofing, and behavior that is decidedly unhuman but still only playing through the game client with proper UK26 hash signatures.

Thank you for your reply. I'm curious to know how we can tell if we're also running the incorrect hash signatures. Currently, I am using Bossland's API hash key and have been botting the last few days.

I haven't had a chance to snipe yet with fears that it could lead to a ban. But if your comment proves to be accurate, then I may experiment with that as well. Granted, I would think sniping across the world would almost assure you get a permanent ban.

I've already done manual sniping at Singapore (I chose this one because its a small country tho, but always spawn many and rare pokemons).
Every 1 hour I snip a good IV pokemon to catch manually, and I'm still doing it right now, and I think I do it over and over by now.
    Is this method safe?

I have been sniping for months using various gps spoofing methods. Currently I use Pokego2 on IOS but I also used flygps on android. I have screwed up multiple times (forgot to teleport back before throwing the first ball) and got soft banned many times and unbanned myself using the spin a stop 50 times method. As long as you aren't autosniping through a third party direct access to the API I don't see much risk.

It hasn't and doesn't, I live in Canada and get most of my rare pokemon in Australia, Japan,California and New York been like this for months.

All but 1 banwave seemed to be due to using a bad API implementation. The last banwave even hit bots mimicking the app as best they can. As that one hit legit players and stopped prior to figuring it out, the cause is still unknown.

What does that even mean?, either you have a perfect hash or you don't. I don't know if Bossland hashing service has a hook to use the clients Hashing or if they reversed it partially and it can still be detected. Where is this info?

What about botting? What is your insight on that? Is it a higher chance for ban hammer?

Also, in regards to sniping how often do you do and do you wait long extended periods of times in between each snipe?

Also, I heard multiple bots on the same IP raises a flag too.
