just push + in main window and double tap so you can edit name, for example: next to NEW TAB there is icon "+" push there so you can confing the new profile

But it says "Tab with the same name already exists" Then I tap again and it made me log in another account. What happens to the previous account? Is it still log in? How can I view my previous account since the new account is running.

Other question. I mark A,B,C,D pink circles in the map but i dont catch any pokemon and dont take pokestops. i turn off, disable the points and trun on and now take all but allaways in the same place... never go to other pokestops....

When you place markers, you have to click on the icon that looks like a human walking, define your path and click Send. When you want to change trajectory, disable the points, place them elsewhere and click on the icon again to reset path.

I'm a little confused here as to whether these "Refresh", "Rest" and "Restart" options go. When I set f.e. "Rest" 20 - 30 mins, does this mean the bot rests FOR 20 to 30 minutes or rests 20 to 30 minutes AFTER I connect to the bot?

When you click on the Gears icon you can define whether Eternal Bot should visit stops, gyms, etc.

There's no such thing as "best coordinates", look online for hotspots, but keep in mind, they change every 2 - 3 weeks.

Yup, it did made a new account but the older one dissapeared. I thought it can run multiple accounts at the same time.

on Icon config, Click button "Load settings from file" and check on folder DATA, really hope this solve your problem

Do exactly what zmaxdj said. Double click the existing tab to rename it to something else. Make sure the tab is renamed. You might need to hit "enter" key or click somewhere to confirm the new name. Once thats done, click the + sign to add a new tab. If it erred out saying same name or duplicate name, that means your existing tab is not renamed yet.
