Team Valor needed!

Hi folks!

Yesterday i leveled two gyms up to lvl 8 and some valor players placed their Pokemon...but unfortunately not very strong ones...

and today, this gym was destroyed by these annoying mystiqe/blue teams again!


i really need some help from players with high-stat pokemon, to build up two lvl 10 gyms in my street!

in my town, the blue team is EVERYWHERE...its so hard to find lvl 8+ gyms to farm the coins...and it would be really helpfull, if someone from team valor would help me with building 2-3 lvl10 gyms

i could help in taking gyms down...my account is not the strongest (lvl 30 2dragonite100IV 2gyarados 100IV, 2vaporeon 100IV) but i can take many gyms down, when there are not too much lapras or strong dragonite inside


btw: has anyone a idea, which pokemon is the best to kill lapras?


if someone will help me, here are the coordinates, i need to build up lvl10 gyms in red colour:
it would be helpfull to fill it up with some lapras, snorlax and other high devender
