Is there a selling service for level 20 accounts?

Just so you know, Niantic may have a detection system for how many accounts are linked to a device. Making accounts and using the new account for lures then logging back into the other account is one of the reasons they say 1 account per device and are so strict on that, that and boosting gyms. Just beware...
