I know there is always a chance of bans , but how would you describe this as far being safe if you just spoof from your house to maybe 10 miles down the road to some good poke stops to restock on supplies etc. Not doing anything major like sniping across the state/country.

I think your account will be safe if you just wait a day/24hrs before going back to your original place/other place. You can wait for mins/hrs/day before spoofing to other place, it depends how far you want to go.

Really not to far and i wanted to just leave it at this spot for a few days to farm pokeballs and use lures etc. So i wouldnt be changing location much at all. What ya think?

no one here can realy answer this for u. Spoofing will always give u a chance of gettin banned ur still cheating the game.
we all can give u our personal opinions & exp but u have to realy decide for urself.
i can say that ive been taking gym's around my home town , spoofing & sniping to hongkong , usa , etc and still not banned on 4 accounts.(4 accounts that wer used to bot aswell)
yes sometimes it rubber bands but other times it doesnt rubber band at all.
so in my personal opinion if u want to lay low just spoof around ur home location maybe max 30 min removed.
i'm willing to take the risk if they ban my accounts screw them quit the game or cheat at it again ...

we all have problems with rubber banding. try one of the tips i wrote in the guide.

Today a new update of this app is avaiable in the PLay Store (versione 5.0).
But the joystick mode looks disabled...
I haven't found any way to use this new versione with PK GO...

i just tested it with the fly gps version 4.0.5 and it works fine.
i see a few versions of fly gps on app store but it was removed from the store when i checked a while ago. so download it from link given and u'll be fine.
