Its using pokesniper2 to catch.
Put them in the save folder

I wouldnt recommend that.
Pokesniper2 not using proxy.
If you want to do it anyway duplicate the folder with all of the files (jar+pokesniper2)

Why mine said sniping but never said pokemon was caught?

Did you put the jar + json + pokesniper2 in the same folder?
If so - please post the pokesniper2.log here and ill check it out
