What bot do you use to "Max Power Up"?

Last time I'm running bout 11 acc on thread your Necro forked bot v.9.0, I'm only catching Pidgey, Weedle, Caterpie, Rattata, Zubat, Snorlax, Lapras, Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite. All set minimum IV 99%. So, I only want that IV 100%. But last time when I have Dragonite IV 100% I use Pokemon Management System v 1.5 modified to max power up my Dragonite, and after I'm using it 3 of my account got banned.
Anyone have suggestion bot that can max power up with less risk to got banned?
I guess my method still safe now working on level 31 to 32.

They have not been banning people for the last week or two. Prepare for a big banwave when a new update comes out.
