You can disable incubating the eggs by editing this code:
"UseEggIncubators": true,
<----Set this to false

I hit some error.
Please assist.
I also don't understand the move set and Pokemon filter sections. Is there a master control (true/false) some where to set whether I want to level up/transfer/evolve?
For example, for evolving it doesn't seem like I can completely switch it off (ofcourse, I can set highest IV 100% and it'll probably not evolve anything :P)

The error is due to misconfigured settings. Please use the default config. To disable evolving edit the code that says EvolvePokemon and set it to false

I did not change much, just true to false for some attributes. E.g. "EvolveAllPokemonWithEnoughCandy": false,
Sadly, no "EvolvePokemon". Only got these:-
"EvolveAboveIvValue": 95.0,
"EvolveAllPokemonAboveIv": false,
"EvolveAllPokemonWithEnoughCandy": false,
"EvolveKeptPokemonsAtStorageUsagePercentage": 90.0,
Anyway, I loaded a fresh config and redo all my settings again. Let me see if I can trigger the error again.

I've noticed something odd; Hero will stop walking? after a while.
Its just stuck, but running for the last 30 minutes. My "RandomlyPauseAtStops": false, is set to off.
The only logical I can think of is because the bot is waiting to cross a road to get to the other side (where there's a PokeStop), but it can't cross for some reason.

Try this, hopefully creator can confirm
"TransferWeakPokemon": false, <--- set this to true
"KeepPokemonsThatCanEvolve": false,
"KeepMinCp": 1250, <--- change this to 1001
"KeepMinIvPercentage": 90.0,
"KeepMinLvl": 6,
"KeepMinOperator": "or",
"UseKeepMinLvl": false, <-- set to true

Hi BloggerXYZ,
first of all THANK YOU for the bot and your hard work. Really appreciate it.
Just started it today with 1 ptc account.
My priority is SAFETY, I'm tired of bans..just slow and nice, that's my idea
So, do you have any feedback about security of your bot?
Any banwave passed?
Do you know where I can find a website which tracks the banwaves maybe? Just to know when (if) I'll pass one.
Also, any suggestion on Config to make it EXTRA safe?
Thank you very much, again
Guybrush
