There are several spawn points along the piers of SF. Attached is a image of spawn points according to my memory. It's not a 100% accurate, but these are places I always run into dratinis using the Go++ app on the iphone. I don't know the exact coordinates.

Was at Santa Monica Pier earlier, (Santa Monica Pier, Los Angeles, USA // 34.009242 -118.497604) and picked up like 6 in space of an hour. But not certain if it's a regular occurrence.

Pier 39 is still a great dratini nest. I caught 40 dratini in a few hours.
It's also an awesome magikarp nest. I had 427 magikarp candies and in a few hours i reached 1069.
