It's safe to say, to stop botting for now untill all bots have updated to the new 0.45 API (if ever) instead of using the old 0.43 API
I heard Niantic forced updated everybody to the new 0.45 API

SO for now i'll stop botting with my usual accounts (again, Yes, it's a cat and mouse game )

this bot uses the 0.43 or 0.45?

Any tutorial for this bot? How to set transfer filter with IV less than 90 and CP less than 1000 to transfer?

Inside keep pokemon list, there is pokemon capture ignore list. I don't understand this part.

Isnt it mean that if the pokemon is listed in there, the bot will ignore it and will not attempt to capture it.

Since last update i keep geting massages of a softban but when i log in the game i can catch pokemons but when i wanna spin pokestops it keeps saying try again later any tips?

This is how mine is configurated. Just set speed under 5, distance short and delay long. I've never been softbanned
