hi , i been botting my account without go through the tutorial .... ( catch first pokemon and enter nickname )
i wonder any software or manager able to open and let me view the pokemon list and allow me to favourite them while without go through the tutorial.

Well. Ive been using hackermon now. And you can edit to keep the highest cp lvl of any pokemon u catch.. about what you are asking. I dont think there are any software or app that could help you with that.
