Can you tell us which one?

As far as I am aware, there are three options:

Android:
FlyGPS + Joystick

IOS:
PokeGo ++
Chinese Hack (I don't think it has an official English name... In Chinese it can be translated as "Pokemon Go - Lazy Man Edition" lol)

Has anyone been using this for any length of time?

In theory I think it should be the safest option since I don't think it uses any hacked version of the PoGo app... but when I tried it a few weeks ago I kept getting randomly teleported back to my real location for a split second, which is obviously very dangerous.

I dunno if my settings were off or if it was a problem with Fly GPS.

Compass, accelerometer, gyroscope data and others make the risk is higher. Niantic can analyse that data.

I was banned after using Fly GPS, however I also used Nox a few weeks ago so unfortunately I can't say for sure which one was the issue.

If you do try it, just be warned that Fly GPS does rubber band you back to your real location from time to time so it's best not to go too far (less than 2km should be safe).

Also remember that even if it's "safe" now, it might not be in the future. If you don't want to get banned then don't take ANY risk. If you are happy to accept the ban if/when it comes then Fly is pretty decent and doesn't require root if you're on Android 6+

Well i siad that because most of my friends use fake gps on phone. All of them got banned.. they started using bots on pc now..ive been using bot. No safeban no transfering locations.. i started since pokemon started. And its all good.. till now. Your safe as long as you know what you are doing
