The website informs you on the popup when you select "Buy" how long items and shiny Pokemon will take.

Do you know when the IVs will be back online so any IV auto catchers I have set up will complete? I am over level 30 if that makes a difference.

I've recently started using the website and I am very grateful for it as it has allowed me to acquire the regional Pokemon which is great for me as I am a completionist, however I started Pokemon GO with a PTC account and I think I've discovered something that would be worth mentioning to any current and potential future users. It looks to me that if you use the site with a PTC account you will be soft banned regardless of how long you wait after using the site, whereas if you use a Google account, you'll be fine. I have tested this with both types of accounts and have consistently met with the same results. Thankfully, even if your PTC account is soft banned, you can fix that by following the recommended steps listed by the site creator. Just want to help fellow users out!

Autocatches seem to be broken at the moment.
Can't do auto-catches. Time passes and pokémon dissapear from the autocatch queue but aren't caught. It automatically refunds the coins though, which is nice.
Can catch pokémon the normal way though.
Autocatches were nice to just farm candy while at work, so you dont have to pay attention

I too am 4-5 days into an auto-catch with no result even though one shows up as being seen every 4-7 hours on average...Apparently not to the IV level I asked for. I have used the site successfully so far, otherwise. But I do not see anywhere on the site where the "Geolocate yourself using our free longitude / latitude" is shown...Useful not to geolocate myself but merely to tell where the pokemon is going to be caught at so I can allow appropriate travel time before doing my next catch or logging into account myself. Another statement I don't see available is "Displays the IV's of Pokemon found". I have not been shown this for any I have had caught. So, is this false information or outdated? Or am I blind or missing something somewhere?

Apologies, auto catches are now working correctly once again. You will not have lost any coins during this time, they are automatically refunded if they fail.

The vast majority of our accounts are now level 28, so you should expect to see IV's returning by the middle of the weekend.

Yes IVs would be great to have back again.
Cause I'd only want a 100iv Shiny if I'm going to pay for it.

IV's are now starting to populate across the site, we have added an additional warning for auto catching by IV, please do not ignore this message.

Now that IVs are showing up now. Can you display CP. Level 30 and above all have same CP. Be nice to catch high CP Pokemon instead.

CP is now once again shown on the site as well.

Once again, this is for level 30 and above only. Please do not ignore these notifications; lower levels will receive random IV/CP.

We are still only able to show these stats for roughly 30% of the Pokemon that we find whilst we continue to level up our accounts. As the days go on, more and more will start to show the stats.
